Poster Awards

The winners of the Poster Awards will be selected by the ECIO Scientific Programme Committee.

All winners of poster awards will

  • receive an invitation to submit a manuscript to CVIR
  • be published on CIRSE’s social media
  • receive a certificate

In addition, the presenter of the poster receiving the Magna Cum Laude Award will

  • receive free registration for a CIRSE 2024 or 2025 congress of their choice
  • be interviewed for the CIRSE newsletter IR News

Best Scientific Paper Award

The best scientific paper will be selected by ECIO congress attendees. Its presenter will

  • receive free registration for a CIRSE 2024 or 2025 congress of their choice
  • be invited to submit a manuscript to CVIR
  • be interviewed for the CIRSE newsletter IR News

In order to further support research in interventional oncology, a new abstract submission category will be added for ECIO 2022: FIRST@ECIO Clinical Trial will allow physicians to submit abstracts from clinical trials with prospective study design first presented at ECIO.
