Collaborating Against Cancer Initiative
The Collaborating Against Cancer initiative allows interventional radiologists attending ECIO to share the scientific advancements and capabilities of interventional oncology with their non-radiologist colleagues through free access to the conference’s scientific programme. This year, it will be especially easy to invite your colleagues to ECIO to further improve IR knowledge within your tumour board, as the online format of the conference will allow us to open our digital doors to all multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Get the word out about IO
Let referring physicians from your hospital know about the benefits of interventional oncology
- Deepen IO knowledge on your tumour board
Let the non-IR colleagues from your tumour board learn more about IO
- Strengthen collaboration
Establish and enhance interpersonal connections with your oncology colleagues
Throughout the years, hundreds of non-radiologists have received a grant to attend ECIO free of charge, allowing them to see the variety of interventional oncology options available, and fostering positive interdisciplinary relationships.
