A big thank you to all presenters who will share their knowledge with the IO community at ECIO 2026! Please find detailed information regarding the preparation of your presentation file/s below.

All presenting authors of oral and poster presentations are expected to register for and attend ECIO 2026. Poster presenters need to complete and pay their registration by April 13, otherwise the poster will be withdrawn from the programme of ECIO 2026. Costs associated with the submission and presentation of an abstract are the responsibility of the presenter.

Upload format: single .ppt(x) file (landscape orientation, 16:9, multiple slides), max. 15 MB

Upload deadline: Tuesday, April 7 (23:59 CEST)

Upload format: single .pptx file (videos need to be embedded)

Speaking time allotments
Scientific papers: 7 minutes (followed by 2 minutes for discussion)
Invited lectures: refer to your personal speaker invitation

Information and access details regarding the upload process will be sent out closer to the date of the congress.
