About ESTRO
The European SocieTy for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO) is a scientific non-profit organization with the ambition to further reinforce radiation oncology as a core partner in multidisciplinary cancer care, and to guarantee accessible and high-value radiation therapy for all cancer patients in need. Our mission includes the promotion of education, science, research, and advocacy for access to radiotherapy. Throughout the year, ESTRO organizes an annual congress, teaching courses, workshops, and public affairs activities, along with publishing scientific material in its family of journals. With over 9000 members globally, both within and outside Europe, we provide support to radiation oncology professionals and the wider oncology community in their daily practices.
