Dr. Fernando Gómez Muñoz serves as a senior consultant at Hospital Universitario y Politécnico La Fe (Valencia) and the Netherlands Cancer Institute (Amsterdam) specializing in adult and pediatric interventional radiology with a primary focus on interventional oncology and vascular anomalies. He is a member of the Scientiffic Committe of the Spanish Society of interventional Radiology (SERVEI). Actively engaged in Artificial Intelligence (AI) research, he plays a crucial role as one of the coordinators of the Interventional Radiology Research Environment within the European Cancer Imaging Initiative (EUCAIM). Dr. Gómez Muñoz is recognized as a CIRSE Fellow and a member of the CIRSE Research Committee. Additionally, he holds the position of co-chair for the CIRSE AI Task Force and is a member of the Pediatric Interventional Radiology Task Force.
